In Wallonia, businesses have the reputation of offering a high return on investment. A complete system of financial incentives is offered to make it easier to create a business in Wallonia. These incentives:

In early 2006, the Wallonia government defined economic redevelopment areas which now receive special tax incentives for existing economic activities in those communities and any future activities such measures may attract.
The Wallonia Government reduced any anti-economic taxation to a minimum, making Wallonia the least taxed region in Europe and Belgium through the:

Exemption of real estate tax for a maximum of five years during the creation of a company
